JProxyLoader is free library developed currently by Andrzej Martynowicz. The source code is hosted by sourceforge.net.
If you want to report a bug or issue you can do this via project issue tracker on sourceforge (see url above). If you are java developer you are more than welcome to fix the bug yourself (just contact me to add you to the developers of the project).
